To manage your subscription, log in, go to My Account ➨ My Subscription, where you can view your subscription details and cancel or renew at any time.
My package says it was delivered but I dont have the package. What should I do?
Please contact your local carrier. In certain cases, packages will be left with a local carrier’s office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In some cases, your package may have been delivered to the wrong address and may need a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please contact us.
